Jonathan Woodham has been serving as the Minister of Music at Bahama Baptist Church since November of 2007.  His primary role as Minister is to lead this congregation to a more worshipful experience.

Personal:

Jonathan is originally from Dothan, Alabama where he met his wife, Katie.  They have known each other since they were in high school and were married in June, 2007.

Passion:

Jonathan’s desire is to lead the Bahama family of believers in true worship of our Lord Jesus Christ on Sundays, and instill a mindset to them that worship is not just a one day of the week act, it should be our lifestyle. Romans 12:1 reads present your bodies [lives] as a living sacrifice for this is your spiritual act of worship.

Education & Background:

Jonathan attended Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. As of the fall of 2006 he began his attendants at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is pursuing a degree in Masters in Church Music with a specialization in Worship Leadership.

Other interesting facts:

Jonathan loves football. He loves to play it, watch it, and talk about it. He may love football, but not just any football… “Auburn Football”. He has interest in other athletics, music, and the desire to learn new things.
